Immigration Evaluations

Nicole specializes in Immigration Mental Health Evaluations and has experience writing extreme hardship cases, spousal abuse (VAWA), political asylum cases, and U-Visa. These virtual evaluations are done from the comfort of your home, with just internet access and a device with a camera and microphone. Evaluations can be done in English or Spanish.

Immigration Evaluations include a one-on-one interview followed by the use of mental health instruments to assess the current manifestation and symptoms. Results are then scored and interpreted and are integrated into the narrative report gathered from the interview.
