How do I schedule my first appointment?Email Nicole at theolivetreewellnesscenter@gmail.com, or complete the Contact form on the website. Nicole will get back to you with her availability!

What are your office hours?We operate by-appointment-only and all sessions are done via telehealth. We offer early morning, evenings, and weekend appointments.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?No, we do not require a doctor’s referral to begin services.

Do you take insurance?We are considered “Out of Network” for insurance and do not work directly with any insurance companies. You may be able to receive some reimbursement based on your out of network benefits, but this will depend on your specific plan.

Do you prescribe medication?As a counseling practice, we do not have psychiatrists on staff and thus do not prescribe medication. We can provide a referral to an outside psychiatrist on a case by case basis.

As a parent, how will I be involved in counseling for my child (age 12-17)?For all clients under 18, the first appointment will be scheduled as a parent-only appointment. This will give you a chance to meet with Nicole and provide background information before your child comes in at the second visit.

If I am divorced, can my child come to counseling without my ex’s consent?We would request documentation stating that you are the parent that makes all medical decisions.
