We operate by-appointment-only and all sessions are done via telehealth. We offer early morning, evenings, and weekend appointments.

No, we do not require a doctor’s referral to begin services.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered “Out of Network” for insurance and do not work directly with any insurance companies. You may be able to receive some reimbursement based on your out of network benefits, but this will depend on your specific plan.

Do you prescribe medication?

As a counseling practice, we do not have psychiatrists on staff and thus do not prescribe medication. We can provide a referral to an outside psychiatrist on a case by case basis.
